Terms and Condition

Payment Policy

  • 50% of the total Invoice value on confirmation Booking will be considered as confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

  • Balance 50% to be paid 15 days prior to date of arrival.

  • Fullpayment upfront for bokkings confirmed 40 days or less prior to date of arrival.


Cancellation Policy

  • 14 Days prior to arrival date no refund allowed or alternate date will be given on availability

  • 30 Days prior to arrival date 50% refund.


Child Policy

  • Children below 5 Years will stay for free with the Parents.

  • 50% of the room rate would be charged as adult and full rate will be charged.


Special Note

  • Total Invoice value to be received by the beneficiary, All other charges to be borne by the payee.

  • Check in Time - 1400 Hrs / Check out Time 1100 Hrs
